Shipping Rates & Delivery
We try to keep stock of most of our collections. If an order is placed for one of these items we aim to despatch it within 48 hours of payment (excluding weekends and Public Holidays).

However, some of our designs are made only to order. We acknowledge every order by email and if an item cannot be delivered within the standard delivery time we will provide an estimated delivery date at that time. If you have a specific deadline for your order, e.g. a special occasion, please let us know and we will do our very best to meet this.

Please note it is not possible to guarantee delivery times on any items. We cannot accept any responsibility for delays caused during shipping, once goods have left the premises.

UK Deliveries
Orders being sent to the UK: add £5.00
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery - no exceptions. We have found this to be the quickest, safest method.
Signature required upon delivery.
As an approximate guide, orders sent within the UK usually take 1 - 3 days to be delivered once they have left our premises.
Order total will include VAT at the standard rate.
International Deliveries
Orders being sent to Europe: add £10.00
Orders being sent to Rest of world add: £12.00
All overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For - no exceptions. We have found this to be the quickest, safest method for overseas delivery.

As an approximate guide, orders being sent to destinations outside the UK can take 10 - 14 working days to be delivered once they have left our premises.

Customs Charges
Orders being sent outside the EU will be exempt from paying VAT. The relevant Customs information will be attached to the parcel. Customs charges may apply. Please note we cannot be held responsible for such charges.

Delivery over Christmas and peak periods
To avoid disappointment please note that during our peak periods, e.g. November and December in the run up to the festive season, we encourage customers to place their orders early as delivery can sometimes take longer due to the increased demand for stock. Last order dates will be advised later on in the year.

Please note that we close from 5pm on December 24 and re-open for business on January 4.

Non-Delivery of Goods
If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time of despatch from our premises, allowing for shipping time, please contact us immediately so that we can track your order for you.
